Peter David Rubin
President

Peter David Rubin is an attorney and a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California. He is a past president of the Sonoma County Bar Association and a member of the Bar Association's Family Law Committee. He is a director of Sonoma County Legal Services, Legal Aid of Sonoma County, Recourse Mediation Services, and the Red Cross. He attended the University of California, Davis, for both his undergraduate and legal education.

Gary Lucas

Gary is owner of Communications N.O.W., a company that sells telephones and runs cable in the North Bay. He also consults with businesses to assist them in totally integrating communications systems.

Michael Santos
Secretary

Michael Santos is a faculty member at Sonoma State University, Rohnert Park, and teaching finance in the business administration department. He taught previously at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada, and at Merrimack College, Andover, Massachusetts. He holds a Ph.D. from Boston College.

Charles (Chuck) Fernandez, CPA, MBA, MS
Treasurer

Chuck has extensive experience in private and non-profit venues, and has served as Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations for major health organizations. He's also worked as a financial analyst and project manager with Kaiser Permanente, and brings a background in leadership development and strategic planning to Ananda.
